"Scam Hospital – Stay Away! Acıbadem Hospital is a complete disgrace. They advertise themselves as an international hospital, yet most of the staff can’t even speak basic English. Communication is a nightmare. They canceled my appointment at the last minute without explanation, broke every part of the agreement we had, and lied about providing hotel accommodation. I was left stranded, and they refused to pay a single cent for my canceled flight or other losses they caused. This place is not professional, not trustworthy, and absolutely not worth your time or money. They lure in international patients with false promises, then dump you when it suits them. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else – Acıbadem Hospital will waste your money, your time, and your health."

"Executive Medical Test Dec.2025 Although the Hospital Facilities are good at European high level. The service provided could be easily improved... Clarity on Package and Prices are unclear and misleading. Planning irregular. Prearrival information should improve. Rush to charge the client on the first day, previous to any service. DO NOT Pay full on the first day, leave Half untill all service is provided and all Doctor reports are given. In a 3K.EUR Exec Test, one month from service, still not all reports are fully received. MRI Images are not fully sent, and they did not have a CD burner to give to client. I am used to UAE professionalism and organization, and this Hospital should prove theirs."

She helped me tremendously by organizing my appointments, resolving scheduling issues, and ensuring I could see many doctors on time. Their kindness and dedication were the highlight of my experience. Challenges Faced Unfortunately, my initial arrangements through external providers in Georgia were very disappointing. Nothing was properly planned when I arrived, not even my appointments with doctors were scheduled. The local hospital staff themselves were surprised by the lack of preparation. The DGS provider team did not assist me properly. They rarely gave clear answers, often failed to organize transfers or doctor visits, and never informed me in advance about preparations needed for tests. Because of this, what should have been a 2-3 day medical check-up turned into 4–5 days, disrupting my plans. Without the incredible help of the local Georgian staff at Acıbadem, my tests and consultations might have stretched to 10 days or more. Recommendation For anyone planning to come to Acıbadem for a check-up, I strongly recommend contacting the hospital directly and avoiding third-party providers. The official hospital team is professional, organized, and genuinely cares about patients. Conclusion Despite the challenges caused by external service providers, my overall experience at Acıbadem Hospital was excellent thanks to the local Georgian team. They are an invaluable asset to the hospital, and I am truly grateful for their support."

"Overall experience is great, location is great, easy parking, excellent Bulgarian translators Mariana and Nilfer were taking care of us in extremely professional manner, coordination between translators and Bulgarian agency KaraciMedical has always been great as well. We are visiting the neurosurgical department for 3y now and i can not rate high enough their doctors, especially Prof. Dr. Memet Ozek. He is extremely knowledgeable,calm, speaks excellent English and answers all questions with patience. He is the only paediatric neuro surgeon who saw a hydromaelia and did not call it cyst in the Cerebral spinal canal. Weare also goi g for annual MRI checks with full anaesthesia for a kid since he was 3y of age. These anasthesiologists are very easy to trust, treating kids like their own."
