"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire medical team at Acibadem International Hospital for their exceptional care and professionalism. I came to the hospital with a sudden medical issue shortly before my return flight. From the very beginning, I felt safe and well taken care of. The doctors and nurses acted quickly, explained every step clearly, and performed all necessary examinations to ensure that I could travel safely. I would especially like to thank the patient concierge who stayed with me the whole time. He helped me with every part of the process, organized the examinations smoothly, communicated with the hotel, and made sure that everything went as quickly and comfortably as possible. His support made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. I am truly grateful for his kindness, patience, and professionalism. Thanks to the care of the entire team, I was able to return home safely and with peace of mind. I highly recommend this hospital and I deeply appreciate the work and dedication of everyone involved."

"I had an excellent experience at Acibadem Hospital. I fell ill with severe congestion on my way to Istanbul. I needed to see a Dr to determine best course of action and whether or not I was able to fly. Dr Aras Senvar was great. He listened to my concerns, and then used his 50+ years of experience to guide me. After my physical exam, he outlined meds he was prescribing, and why he thought they would be helpful. My translator was a young man named Uruk. He too was great. When there were issues to track down, he got the right answers. There were a couple admin questions due to the fact I was being seen same day I called for help, and he worked through them all. And finally, a young woman named Elanara was the one who first received my call, and then found a way to get me into the ENT department on an already full schedule. I called at 8 AM, and was being seen by noon..all due to her great attitude and “can do” attitude. Had she simply said the schedule is full, I never would have been seen. Thank you to all of these people. While I hope that I do not have this kind of illness and need for urgent care like this, IF I did I would make the first cal to Acibadem International Hospital."

One of the biggest conveniences was the free transportation they provided—not only did they arrange pickup and drop-off from the airport to our hotel, but they also offered complimentary transport for all our appointment with the doctor . This kind of support made the entire process much easier and less stressful. A special thank you to Danna, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. She handled all of our appointment scheduling, and she was always available to guide us through each step. Her communication and dedication truly stood out and meant a lot to us. Although we’re not yet done with the procedure and will continue with follow-up appointments and treatment, the experience so far has been very positive. The doctors who cared for us made sure they answered every question before we started and Yusuf the translator messaged us every day making sure we were ok. Amazing hospital and couldn’t recomend this more, coming from the Uk. So glad we came. Dr caglar and nurse Firdevs and Merve were amazing with us and very patient with our questions! They gave us the best care we would ask for."
