"We are a Black same sex couple who has been on a family planning journey for about one year now. We started with a fertility specialist in Atlanta, GA & after about 5 months decided we wanted to switch due to non-responsiveness, an unwillingness to allow us to attend procedures together & rising unpredictable costs. We began researching clinics in Mexico and after interviews with four different clinics, decided on Fertilidad Integral. Choosing Fertilidad Integral has definitely been the BEST decision that we have made so far. From our very first interaction with our Care Coordinators and Dr. Hidalgo, it has been nothing but an absolute pleasure to be guided by this team. Every single person we have come into contact with from the reception staff, care coordinators, nurses & doctors at FI has been a joy to work with & has made what is a difficult process much easier. From helping us to coordinate our extended trip abroad (we stayed in CDMX for 20 days), to giving us a clear plan of action, to extending encouraging words on our hardest days & giving us hugs & reassurance through our tears, this team has been EXCELLENT! Our doctor Dr. Jaime Hidalgo is our hero…seriously one of the best doctors in the world. We knew he was special after our very first zoom call but we had no idea how truly blessed we are to have him as our fertility doctor. This man knows what he’s doing. All of his advice has been honest, straightforward & correct. He is gentle, careful not to overpromise but still able to give us hope. He has earned our total trust. We completed our egg retrieval & are still waiting for the results of genetic testing and hopefully a FET in the coming months. But so far so good. We are in great hands & now know that no matter what happens, we have made the right decision in choosing FI to help us in our process of building our family. We didn’t expect them to become a part of our family but they truly have. We encourage all couples seeking to build their family to choose FI. We highly recommend them without hesitation!!"

"We traveled from Hawaii to Mexico City to try our first round at an egg retrieval. The clinic we used previously in Hawaii was Hawaii's most expensive and by far the most popular fertility clinic. We found the care there completely lacking, and like we were just a wallet to them. The last year we spent at this clinic had been stressful, heartbreaking and extremely expensive. This is why we sought care elsewhere. From our very first consultation, Dr. Ruben was so friendly, warm and caring. We felt we were in good care with him. We were wrong, as we had exceptional care from him, and the entire team! Every face we encountered at the clinic; Valeria, Andy Soot and all the nurses, the girls at the front desk, were warm, friendly and so incredibly kind. Traveling so far for this journey was 1000% times worth it, and it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Many clinics in the US will use your first round of IVF as a "trial run" to see how you respond to medication. Not here! Dr. Ruben tailored our protocol to get us the very best results that we could with my low amh. He did not disappoint. He was also available to answer any questions very quickly via whatsapp. I also appreciate the 2 wellness sessions included in our program. Andy is magic! He works absolute wonders. I used his services twice before my egg retrieval, and I truly believe that he played a large role in the final result, along with everything our doctors and nurses have done. This team has been a blessing to us. Hopefully this will be our only egg retrieval, but if I had to do it again, I would look forward to doing another round with Dr. Ruben and the team! "The whole process went better than I expected! I was supported by Sharon, my coordinator, from the very beginning throughout the process, she’d always be quick to reply and provide a great comfort at doubts. Dr. Eugenia was also very informative, kind and supportive. I’ve felt like I’m being in good hands. I’m overall very happy that I did it, that I did it in CDMX and that I did it in Fertilidad Integral"

"Please avoid this clinic! At my consultation, they seemed great but subtly pushed me to start egg freezing that week. Luckily, I pushed back and spent a few weeks on supplements first, as other doctors had recommended. A few days later I realised the nurse botched my blood test and seriously bruised my arm. The bigger issue was the inconsistency around costs. We had agreed a fixed price for embryo freezing. But when I returned they offered a "discount" that was actually a completely different treatment. When I asked about the original procedure, it took several emails before they admitted the price had nearly doubled and no longer included medication or wellbeing treatments. They still presented this as a "discount" for which I should be grateful. Honestly, I could have lived with the new price, but the gaslighting and lack of transparency were infuriating. Thankfully, I switched to another clinic. They were far more thorough and ran proper tests. They found my thyroid and insulin levels were raised and put me on medication before starting to improve my chances (Fertilidad didn't even bother to check either of these things). It’s clear that new management has ruined this place. Staff are overworked and VERY obviously trying to upsell treatments. There is 0 patient sensitivity, I felt pressured and fear-mongered. The waiting room was overcrowded and other patients were visibly angry/anxious because appointments had been mismanaged and the staff lacked basic empathy. The other reviews clearly show this too. This is NOT the environment you want for egg freezing. If you're in Mexico City, please look elsewhere."
