"This is my ninth visit. I would gladly come back anytime because you are all so wonderful and outstanding. You tailor the therapy plan very individually and precisely to each patient, ensuring it meets their specific needs. The therapists are incredibly gentle and attentive. They are simply the best, and I am so grateful that such therapists exist. The doctors are the same; they radiate a calm and confidence that is truly wonderful. They are there for their patients day and night, wholeheartedly dedicated. I have the utmost respect for the nursing and cleaning staff because they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you for everything, NRZ, and thank you for allowing me to return again and again."

"Ward 1 was a nightmare. The nursing staff never greeted me, they were rude, and if I needed even the smallest bit of help, they just snapped at me. On the fourth day, the ward nurse went to see Dr. Kranz, who gave me an ultimatum: either I complied or I could leave! The toilet was clogged, and I reported it at 7:15 pm... at 9:30 pm, no one had come. Two other patients helped me. I even had to accept help from other patients to put on my socks. One more incident: I never locked my room door. When I came out of the shower, lightly dressed, there was a strange man in my bed. So I locked the bathroom door and rang for the nurse, who just shouted "Yes, please get out!" over the phone. Since I was in the bathroom, I rang again, hoping someone would come. After more than half an hour, someone finally came. I unlocked the door and pointed at the strange man in my bed. She managed to get him to leave my room, but I received a reprimand because I hadn't locked my door. She threw me a fresh set of bedding and told me I had to put it on myself. NEVER AGAIN! I wrote to the insurance company in detail about every single incident, stating that the nursing staff on Ward 1... are completely unfit for their profession."

"Diese Anstalt gehört geschlossen bzw. verboten!!! Gott sei Dank hat mich mein Mann nach 5 Tagen rausgeholt!! Man darf keine eigene Meinung haben und wird bis aufs letzte diskriminiert!!! Ich kann nicht mehr gehen, das sprechen fällt mir schwer ich kann nicht essen ich habe Albträume und ich zittere am ganzen Körper!!! Wer kommt für meinen seelischen und körperlichen Schaden auf. Ich habe ein Trauma. Ich Weine nur mehr!!! Diese Anstalt hat nicht Mal einen Stern verdient!!! Ich bin eine gestandene Frau und eigentlich immer selbständig und selbstbewusst!!! Es gehört öffentlich gemacht wie es in dieser Anstalt zugeht!!!"
