"This is just a private hospital where various doctors practice. They don't take any responsibility for the outcome of your procedure. I was botched twice by DR Stuart Geldenhuys and he refuses to help me further. You only hear the good stories but hardly the bad ones. I understand that I am part of the minority. But what is frustrating is that when things go belly up, the surgeon tries to hide or he pretends to help you with minimally invasive procedures that don't work thereby stringing you along until you just give up because you are seeing no improvements. As "The Cosmetic Surgery Institute" you would think that they could solve patients problems together. This is simply not the case. And in my experience, DR Geldenhuys is not very good at rhinoplasty, nor is he a person of any substance. He has no interest in making things right, instead he wants the problem to go away"

"I would like to rate the cosmetic surgery institute 5 stars for a 10/10 experience, last Thursday 5th of February. Big ups to Thembisa who cared for me like a mother through the night. Her gentle warmth (couldn’t do enough) attitude was an absolute pleasure to have and along side her sister Heleen, who took care of my pain with her warm energy. Sineszwe, Dannessa as well as Tracey, and one or two others, the staff were literally at my bedroom call . My procedure was not comfortable by any means but these ladies worked together to make sure that my post op experience was as comfortable as could be.
