"The clinic is really dirty !!!! In the reception you can meet 2 women eating biscuits !!!! Then when you go in the room for your things you can se the bucket full of wadding stained with blood from previous patients, the bed where they make you sit is all broken and with a plastic that is not disposable !!! The staff presets with a fake kindness face which instead is only a way to justify prices that do not correspond to the quality of the service !!!"

"I could never ever recommend this clinic to any of my friends very arrogant staff and dr and very painful experience. After paying quite a handful of money for my treatments I had to go to some other clinic to have my fillers dissolved as they have been injeted wrongly and after a check up with them the Dr Walla was saying everything is fine and just done a literally one second massage on the migrated area. Not to mention the very painful injection experience…Not enough words to describe it…it literally couldn’t have been worse…"

"The entire appointment with Dr. Mudy felt rushed. They really care about you doing a video for their social media. I declined. Sorry it’s not my thing. I felt more like a number than a patient. My biggest fear ended up happening: eyelid drooping (ptosis) after Botox injections. The doctor was rough during the procedure and didn’t ask me a single question before injecting multiple areas heavily. Each injection was extremely painful. Above my left eye, near the eyebrow, he appeared to make a mistake because I left the appointment with a noticeable bump. About 6 days later, my eye started appearing droopy as the muscle weakened. Since then, I’ve spoken with multiple professionals who explained that ptosis is commonly associated with improper or overly deep injection technique and typically only improves once the Botox wears off over the course of 3–4 months. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I will not be returning or recommending this place. The eye difference is so obvious and it is so embarrassing to have to deal with this. Do your research. Plus the total was 450 euros 3 zones. I’m sure it’s not the best deal in Bucharest."
