It's common for consultation fees to be credited as an advance payment. My email inquiry about this went unanswered. Nevertheless, two days after the consultation, I wanted to book a treatment. I was told I had to pay for the treatment first, in full. Only then would I be given an appointment. I don't think this is how medical treatment and care should be handled."
