"Very crowded, I cam yesterday for emergency and found everyone just push me for another college without solving the issue! And lastly they advised to come next day early to check with specialist as they said if you come early leave early, however I am here for three hours and till now nothing happened! Just from room to room. Open end! The place and corridor very crowded and the reception team very slow against this number of patients!"

"Very poorly Managed Hospital. Paediatric and Gynaecology departments have only 1 or 2 nurses. Assessment room is mostly empty since one nurse is supporting multiple doctors, for scanning and have to do Assessment. Doctors doesnt have basic equipments in their room and is forced to use single equipment in a shared room with other doctors. Long queues everywhere, for Assessment, for consulting doctor, then separately for doctors inspection, then for lab and other scanning and pharmacy. Very pregnant ladies and small kids are forced to spend 4-5 hours every visit. Pharmacy wait time can easily go up to 2-4 hours. And I have caught the staff helping preferred patients jump the queue as well. If possible get doctor's stamp on the prescription and take it to outside pharmacy. Hospital is critically understaffed all the time. Looks like a clear case of hospital profiteering at the cost of patients' time and health."
