"My baby had high fever 40℃ at midnight and I went there by ambulance but the pediatrician told me that don’t call an ambulance if baby’s condition is not serious 😡 seriously?? 2 years old baby has 40℃ fever is not a joke."

"1. I opted this open as it is said to be bilingual friendly and it is not. I was able to manage as I could speak Japanese conversation level but husband couldn’t and mostly even during labor etc only I had to manage even with pain and my husband felt helpless and was quite disappointed. 2. I was in semi open system with aiiku and started visiting this hospital from 30 weeks of pregnancy. I felt doctors were quite in rush during regular check ups and one doctor didn’t even let come out changing and started asking questions. The other doctor was rushing literally rushing me and during cervix check he was so impatient and it was very painful for me 3.Midwives and nurses were quite friendly and they help you with anything given you speak to them in Japanese as many couldn’t speak English 4.I asked for epidural when I was dilated just 3 cms and thankfully they suggested me to sit in warm water bathtub and felt relief and took epidural when I was 6cm dilated. I felt nurse was calm and guided me as I was rushing for epidural 5. I was able to play the songs to soothe me during labor pains and they let my husband to be with me all time 6. Anesthesiologist was quite good. She made it very quick and even after giving birth thankfully I had no spinal headache or dizziness etc 7. I got vegetarian customized Japanese meals and they were quite nutritious and tasty 8. They taught me how to breastfeed , bathe , diaper change. And they always compelled to my wish to prioritize breastfeeding. 9. The only complain again is no proper English support or poor English skills I had to manage direct payment etc. 10. I will recommend this hospital only to Japanese speakers and even though they say there’s English support, it is very minimal English and when more questions are raised in English they couldn’t answer as it was difficult for them to understand and it was same during diagnosis after childbirth"

"Don‘t expect too much on the doctor‘s hospitality, especially the most experienced female doctor - Ever since i’ve visited more than 3times, I felt always uncomfortable but didn’t know exactly why. Now looking back, it was like the doctor is King and ‚kindly‘ offer the service, and I have to be thankful although I am the customer and paying for their service.. this was the reason which made me feel really unhappy and annoyed. But other than that, all staffs are nice and good enough. And other doctors were mostly welcoming and good"

"I gave birth to my third child at Aiiku Hospital the staff . They were professional and friendly. The hospital was clean and the food was good . They took into consideration that I am a Muslim. I had a cesarean section and it was excellent. The anesthesiologist was more than wonderful. I did not feel any pain and they were concerned about my baby. I would like to thank them and I am grateful to all of you."
