"I couldn't praise this hospital enough. My husband recently had an operation for tongue and neck cancer and is about to start radiotherapy. We live in Alanya 140 kilometres from Antalya but the treatment received was incredibly. Thank you all the medical staff and everyone else for what you did and are continuing doing for my Husband. Any nationalities having any doubts about treatment in Turkey please don't give it a second thought. Life would be wonderful if none of us needed hospital treatment unfortunately this is not always the case."

"this hospital is absolutely ridiculous. I've waited 3 and a half weeks for my daughter's biopsy results. If I didn't call I wouldn't have known that they couldn't get her results because we had a balance due even though we paid 3 times while being there. Not to mention you can't even pay online. You have to go all the way to pay and then wait again. completely unprofessional."

"Our taxi driver took us here when our 84 year old mother took a dizzy turn whilst sightseeing in Kaleici. The emergency department were fantastic. They took her in immediately. Took bloods and hooked her up to monitors. The staff were very attentive and kept us informed in English which was great. Luckily it was nothing serious but kept her under observation for a couple of hours. And the account was incredibly cheap by European standards."

"The most horrible service or the lack of service! Came there with the travel insurance authorisation and was shouted at in the admission office! Got my insurance company on the phone with them so he shouted at the insurance specialist as well. Wanted to complain but couldn't find anyone to complain to who speaks English. The screaming person in admission don't wear any tags and refused to give me his name. That what was written on his door. Do not go there! I would have found someone to complain eventually but I wasn't well and was actually looking for a medical help. Shouting is the last thing you need when you're seriously ill. Had to look for another hospital."
