"For a walk clinic, these folks get the highest rating. I waited almost 15 minutes on hold on a Saturday morning but they have an interactive recording telling you where you are in line. I got an appointment that afternoon. Dr. Haddad was very efficient and thorough. I explained that I had a flight in three days and needed to know if I was ok to travel with an eye injury. She processed the X-ray request for Monday morning and my GP had results hours later. There was also a follow-up phone call from Albany that evening. The staff were all efficient and friendly. Walk in clinics by definition can be frustrating experiences but Albany stood out as how this sometimes problematic part of Canadian health care can deliver the necessary services in a timely fashion."

"I have been going to the Albany Clinic for mammograms' for nearly 25 years and always recommended the clinic to others. Only to find out a year later from my GP that they had squeezed one breast so tight that they had burst the implant. I have been trying to get the burst silicone removed from the breast but at 71 it is dangerous at my age and still waiting for OHIP to approve the surgery"

"I was very happy with the Walk In Clinic today. It took almost no time to see Dr. Fung who listened to my situation and prescribed some meds. Excellent doctor and very efficient. I see many people complaining about the service here and I don't understand it. Perhaps, the patients are stressed and don't like waiting but this is an excellent clinic that I have relied on for more than two decades."
