"Because of my MS, I have to come here regularly. I have to go to the second floor. I'm in excellent hands at the outpatient clinic. My doctor, Dr. R., is a great help to me. He supports me with advice and practical assistance. The people in the reception area are also wonderful. Thank you all. S.N."

"Sometimes the radiology department provides accurate findings, but sometimes they are dismissed, which is very distressing for me because they don't match my symptoms or previous findings. My symptoms are ignored, and due to incorrect findings, treatment options and timely therapies are denied. While there are good radiologists who make more of an effort, others simply write that I am "normal," even though the opposite is true. On the positive side, the staff is friendly."

"I'm giving this hospital 4 out of 5 stars because I have a lot of positive things to say about it overall. The admission was on May 25th in the emergency room. I'm explicitly not writing this review because I want to give the hospital a bad review overall. On the contrary: I've personally accompanied several people to this hospital and have consistently had very good experiences on the wards. The doctors and nurses were friendly, courteous, helpful, and understanding. You can tell in many places that the people working there take their profession seriously and genuinely want to help their patients. Therefore, I would generally tell everyone: You don't need to be afraid to go to this hospital. You will receive help there. The reason for this review, however, is a very negative experience with a doctor in the emergency room on May 25th. This doctor struck me as completely unprofessional. He sat very casually, rocking in his chair, his arms folded behind his head, and thus didn't give the impression of being truly attentive or respectful in an acute and sensitive situation. Especially in an emergency admissions area, where people may be tense, insecure, traumatized, or in a state of psychological distress, body language is extremely important. His behavior in this situation triggered fear and panic rather than providing reassurance. I found it particularly problematic that it was explicitly mentioned that there are triggers when dealing with men. It is precisely in such a moment that calm, respectful, and professional communication is needed. Instead, his behavior continued to appear distant, defensive, and unempathetic. I got the impression that the goal was more to turn patients away than to truly look and help them. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken seriously internally and that the situation can be understood based on the date and description. My intention is not to disparage the hospital. My point is that such behavior is unacceptable in an emergency room, especially when dealing with people who are mentally distressed or traumatized. My overall impression of the hospital remains very positive. I found the wards, nurses, and many other doctors to be very humane, friendly, and professional. Therefore, despite this negative experience, I'm giving it 4 stars. However, I sincerely hope that greater attention will be paid, particularly in the emergency room, to the importance of attitude, communication, and body language when dealing with distressed individuals."
