"UPDATE: As of 2/15/26 Please see screen shots, Dr. messaged me shortly after first review. It starts with Monday January 26, 2026. The last 5 pictures. Lack of Communication, Loss of Trust, and Unresolved Deposit I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision. In October 2025, I submitted a $1,000 deposit with the intention of scheduling my own surgery for January or February. That same month, I traveled to Tijuana to accompany my daughter during her mommy makeover. While I will not share details of her medical experience here, as that is her story to tell, the overall experience and the aftermath of that visit were significant enough to cause me to pause and reevaluate my own plans. Following that October visit in Tijuana, I decided that I no longer felt comfortable proceeding with the originally planned surgery. If I were to pursue anything in the future, it would need to be far less invasive. More importantly, I realized that I no longer felt confident entrusting my body to this team. Beginning in January, I made multiple attempts to contact the office to discuss my deposit and next steps. I reached out several times via WhatsApp and email and often received no response. After repeated follow ups, I eventually received an email acknowledging the lack of communication and stating that someone would contact me promptly to discuss my deposit and available options. That follow up never occurred. As of today, I have not received a clear answer regarding whether my $1,000 deposit will be refunded, nor have I been provided with a written policy explaining why it would not be. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this professionally and respectfully, I have been met with continued silence. At this point, I am requesting a refund because I no longer trust my body or my care to this team. Trust, transparency, and communication are essential in medical care, especially when patients are placing significant funds and their physical well being in a provider’s hands. I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, yet there is no reason a potential client should be treated this way or left without clear communication. For clarity and accuracy, I have shared in this review some (not all) written documentation of my communications, including emails, messages, and proof of payment. I also plan to share my experience more broadly on social media, as I believe prospective patients deserve to be informed about communication practices before making decisions involving their health and finances. I hope this review encourages improved communication, accountability, and clearer processes for future patients."

"Just had my mommy makeover. I was very hesitant at first because of it being in Mexico and wondered if I would be scammed. I took the leap and am so happy I did! Sandy was very helpful in all of the pre work. I was then contacted by Melanie the nurse and Dr Alma. They were also more than helpful with all of my questions( very much an over-thinker) the day finally came and everything went as they said it would. I then met dr Nathan Rojas. I may have been a little star struck after seeing all the Facebook and instagram posts. He made sure I had his number and asked to continually send him updates. After the surgery I was taken to zen recovery house. The nurses were so kind and helpful. The food is amazing and all of the staff and drivers were so helpful and nice. Would recommend beauty and light to anyone looking for plastic surgery"
