"The same receptionist who is touching documents, money and unsanitised objects is also walking upstairs and performing medical procedures on people (sometimes without gloves on????). I believe the receptionist is also a nurse? She deals with the patients waiting at the reception area and answers the phone at the same time. The hybrid nurse/receptionist who answers the phone to other patients is actively breaching GDPR by pronouncing out loud the attending patients' full names, addresses, date of births, contact details, health issues and medical procedures. Do not come back to me with a passive-aggressive reply, because the calls are recorded and can be requested to check what I'm saying. I will submit a formal complaint, as I heard my details out loud on the phone while my friend called the clinic for an appointment."

"They lie. Don't respect appointments and take hour long breaks. The stairs are narrow and un-even and the corridors are tight. Though the call center confirmed a certain doctor will be there, They told me she suddenly decided to take a vacation. The doctors that were there were often late. Avoid for driver's license issues."
