"Travelled abroad to Turkey to get the Gastric Sleeve, from Australia. (me, my hubby and sister). Our surgeon was Dr Ercan Yalcin. He was amazing, and so was the staff from Anadolu. JENNIFER, Our beautiful consultant who’s from Kenya, but works with the hospital assisted us through out our whole journey for the Gastric Sleeve. She is such a beautiful soul, and she made EVERYTHING easy for us. We’re now nearly 14days post op, and we are so happy we used Dr Ercan Yalcin, had the support of Jennifer, and were treated so well by the nurses on level 3 :) May God bless you all!"

We were given no real guidance or options, so we started searching on our own and that’s how we found Anadolu Medical Center in Turkey. From the very first message, Lal from the International Department was incredibly fast, professional, and compassionate. Within a week, we were here. Anadolu arranged everything: transportation, an executive shuttle, and help with accommodations. They made what felt overwhelming completely manageable. Once we arrived, we were amazed by the level of care. The doctors, nurses, and staff are not only highly skilled but genuinely caring. The speed, organization, and teamwork here are remarkable. A heartfelt thank you to John, our interpreter. He went above and beyond every single day helping with medical appointments, translations, and even the little things that made our stay easier. His kindness and dedication made a huge difference. Anadolu didn’t just provide treatment they gave us hope, compassion, and dignity when we needed it most. "The clinic is good modern and clean. Nurses and doctors friendly and helpful. My mum was treated in this hospital metastasis already spread, we had a hope to extend her life at least for one more year. I wish professor whom examined and treated mum told us truth instead of keeping mum for six months for unnecessary treatments. At least mum could leave at her own home surrounded by family and loved ones. The other issue was that where appointments were made for mornings but we will see professor after hours of waiting only when all local citizens will go despite it was so difficult and painful for mum to seat and wait. Cost of treatment very expensive but you can bargain with your local coach and guid it is the same person. I wish they are honest with patients and tell them what to expect.
