"Went there with our 10yo who had an ear infection. The price seemed steep at first but then the level of service we got was excellent. ENT doctor was amazing and the English translation girls were very kind and helpful too. Highly recommended"

"I was rushed to hospital following issues with my heart. I was seen immediately by the cardiologist and treated within around 20 minutes. I received necessary blood tests, ECGs and echo and quickly diagnosed. It was very impressive. I remained in hospital over night for observations and further testing in the morning. Slight delay on discharge due to processing insurance, but no issues. Im very grateful to the staff for helping me. Thank you to all."

"WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Poor Medical Standards Do not bring your children here. We were charged €1,300 for a simple blood test and IV drip for our 3-year-old. When we complained, the price magically dropped to €950. Medical fees should not be a "negotiation" – this is a scam targeting vulnerable tourists. The medical care was traumatizing. Multiple failed attempts to insert an IV into a dehydrated child, zero empathy, and zero hygiene assistance when our daughter was vomiting. To make matters worse, they refused to provide an official receipt as "it was late at night" - of course without sending the receipt as promised the next morning. Extreme overcharging for low-quality care. Save your money and your nerves: Go elsewhere"

"I am writing this to personally thank Dr. S. Erhan Aslan. I admitted myself to the A&E department with a severe acute lung infection/bronchitis. I was struggling to breathe, experiencing chest tightness, high fever, and excruciating body aches. I honestly believe that if I had waited any longer, I would have lost consciousness. Dr. Aslan was exceptional. He diagnosed me immediately and administered a combination of IV steroids, vitamins, electrolytes, and oxygen. Within an hour, I felt like a new man and was able to recover the rest of the way at home. His medical expertise is 5-star. However, I have two significant concerns regarding the hospital's pricing and follow-up care: The Cost: I found the price of £400 for a one-to-two-hour A&E visit to be extremely high, especially for Turkey. Follow-up Protocol: Shortly after returning home, I developed jaundice (my skin turned yellow), which was likely a reaction to the intensive IV treatment or a liver strain. When I returned to the hospital immediately, they refused to re-admit me for observation. Instead, they required me to pay for a separate outpatient appointment just to be checked for a side effect of the treatment they had just administered. While I am grateful to Dr. Aslan for saving my health, the administrative handling of follow-up complications and the pricing felt unacceptable. The only reason why this review has two stars is because of the doctor."

"I would like to share my very disappointing experience with this hospital. My elderly father, who recently had hip surgery, is currently hospitalised here. For more than 24 hours, I did not receive any information about his condition, despite repeated promises from the translation / international patient relations service to provide me with a direct contact and to keep me regularly updated. Even worse, I witnessed a completely unacceptable situation: my father’s urine bag fell to the floor, and it took more than 15 minutes before a nurse came to empty it and fix it properly. For an elderly, fragile and dependent patient, this lack of responsiveness and attention is extremely worrying. Given the level of communication, medical follow-up and overall care, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hospital. I truly hope that the management will take these comments seriously and quickly improve the quality of care and the respect shown to patients and their families."
