I want to express my deepest gratitude to Nargiz, an incredible woman who helped us throughout our entire medical journey in Antalya. She took care of everything — from insurance and payments to translating all the medical analyses and communicating with the doctors. Nargiz is truly a golden and extraordinary person who seems to carry several roles at once. She helps all foreign patients — not only Russian-speaking ones — with endless kindness and patience. She was always in touch, calm, caring, and incredibly quick in solving any issue related to treatment. I have never met a person with such a warm heart, kindness, and unbelievable energy! They made sure I felt safe and informed every step of the way, constantly monitoring my condition and doing everything possible to ensure my recovery. "Very helpful staff for non Turkish speakers as well. Everything ran smoothly. Dr Aycan is fantastic. Small note: they only have 2 elevators for 11 floors. For non mobile patients this causes problems when it is busy and people have to wait a lot."

I was looked after by Buket and Esra, two outstanding International Patient Medical Assistants and Interpreters. They spoke excellent English, accompanied me to my appointment to translate and guided me through the hospital with warmth, professionalism and genuine care. They were highly efficient, friendly and made the entire experience feel easy and completely stress-free. My doctor, Dr Aynur Tayli, is exceptional in her field. She is incredibly experienced, intelligent, and kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully.
