"This is the best Hospital in India. My father was admitted in urology department for 6 days and he got the best treatment and also the hospital services were good. Staff nurses are amazing, polite speaking and was very patiently communicating. Everyone was very good but I will definitely mention Nurse Hema. She is a very good human being. The ICU cardiac unit team of doctors and support staff were ready and administered what was needed to save me..in the end I had a laser angioplasty which cleared the 100% clot and I got a new lease of life. "I am reviewing this for hospital management and not the doctors. Today they blocked the entire main block entrance and reception area for patients,because of a hospital event/function. And instead asked patients and their families to go through the emergency section meant for speedy movement of ambulances and emergency cases. This is quite horrible. A hospital isn't an area to celebrate or have events. People with health issues and already mentally stressed shouldn't be asked to adjust. Please hold events in a hall or somewhere else that does not affect the way patients and customer move. Quite disgraceful"
