The staff were professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. From registration to consultation, everything was well-organised and efficient. "I've visited Ara Damansara Medical Center for two very different services: a routine health screening and emergency appendicitis surgery. ​Health Screening (5/5): The screening process was smooth and efficient. It was great to receive complimentary parking and lunch. All tests and results were ready by lunchtime, making the whole experience quick and convenient. ​Appendicitis Surgery Experience (3.5/5): The quality of care itself was excellent. The nurses were attentive and kind, and the doctor explained the procedure and my condition in great detail, which was very reassuring. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. ​However, the planning and scheduling were frustrating. I arrived via the Emergency Room around 8 AM. After the CT scan was completed at 11 AM, I was only transferred to the ward around 1 PM. I was then left waiting without further updates until 4 PM, when I was finally informed that the surgery was scheduled for 9 PM. Since I last ate at 6 PM the previous evening, the long, uncertain wait while fasted was quite uncomfortable and could be better managed with more timely communication. ​Parking: There is plenty of parking available, which is a major plus. Unfortunately, they do not offer free parking for inpatients, which is a drawback given the length of stay. ​Overall, the medical expertise, quality of facilities, and nursing care are top-notch. If the hospital can tighten up their surgical planning and communication flow, this would easily be a five-star experience."

"We had such a pleasant experience from our very first consultation until the surgery was completed. Dr. Syarifah Nafisah (ENT specialist) was patient, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put us at ease. All the nurses and also staff at corporate counter at the ENT clinic were also kind, friendly, and very attentive throughout the journey. The hospital itself has a comfortable and welcoming ambience, and the service was excellent. We truly felt well taken care of every step of the way. "I did my health screening here and I would say I had a very good experience. From the moment I came in from the parking area, everything was smooth. I really want to thank all the front desk staffsfor being very helpful and friendly, I usually scared coming to hospitals. Special shout to mr Lee! He is very polite and attentive. The technologists were also very nice, especially at the Stress Test section. Special mention yaaa to the lady who 'almost did' my mammogram, she was very gentle and patient with me haha, I appreciate her understanding. Doctor Aishah was also so good (in fact the best). She was polite, cheerful and sensitive when handling her patient. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I really ecommend if you want to do your medical check-up here. I had very pleasant experience overall. Oh, and free food as well ;)"
