"Administrative personnel on the surgery ward, flight 4, refused to issue the correct documentation enabling patient Ioana Stănescu to benefit from full compensation of the prescribed medicine, to which she was entitled as a beneficiary of OG105/1999 First off, they ticked the wrong box. She should not have been regarded as a pensioner, but as a beneficiary of OG105/1999 A pensioner has 50% off, while a beneficiary of OG105)1999 has full compensation. Second, they issued a receipt for only one of the medicines to be compensated, not all four medicines prescribed by the Dr Popescu Dragoș."

"In 10 years, frequent, unacceptable errors, coupled with insensitivity and administrative silence when asked for explanations! 1. 2017 - 5 colon polyps, harmless - in 5 years, however, 3 careless interventions led to a "disordered" polyp, which requires surgery, perhaps with a coffin! Doctors Negreanu Lucian and Ms. Nedelcu Corina - one with the interventions, without my consent to the slaughter, but only periodic visualization, the other with the arrogant jamming that blocked/compromised my access/information to the details requested from Dr. Negreanu. 2. 2018 - Fibrillation that could be cured, was wrongly treated for 5 years (!) with Rytmonorm, although it was prohibited below 60 pulse - I have generaly 52-41, today the heart requires a pacemaker, although it musted to be now cured. Without knowing the effects, all the doctors recommended me even 2p (Dr. Nedelcu Corina and Dr. Greavu Maria) and Dr. Ticulescu Răzvan even recommended me 4p! Like the ladies with the scythe at the Sf. Panteleim hospital. 3. Computer Tomography, expressly requested by me, indicating 23 objectives. Disaster, the transmitter doctor Nedelcu Corina, negligently preparing the request for the CT operator and radiologist Dr. Tătaru Simona - finaly in decision, they ignored important organs - e.g. the stomach that appears in the CT from 2017, also with them, disappeared in 2024! Plus 5-6 other organs. I asked for their money back, but the macaroni-persons didn't even respond to the petition, with 3 emails from me, probably incompetents and administratively not only medically! Be careful - their kindness is like paint on rust - results can be deadly!!"
