"Very Disappointing experience! Your ER doesnt feel like Emergency at all. No sense of URGENCY! We brought our 15 month old baby to the Emergency Room due to visible facial injuries and active bleeding. We arrived around 7:35 PM and were placed on a bed around 7:50 PM, but after that, there was almost no actual care provided. For more than an hour, our baby was crying nonstop. We kept following up, hoping someone would at least clean the wound or properly assess whether stitches were needed. Unfortunately, nothing happened. There was NO SENSE OF URGENCY AND NO EMPATHY. A doctor briefly came, applied gauze, and then left. After that, it was back to waiting again. We followed up multiple times. Despite this, we were still charged professional and service fees. Our baby only calmed down because we fed her, not because of any medical care. By around 9:00 PM, we decided to go home because no progress was happening. Even the discharge process took long, and we only left around 9:30 PM. What concerns me more is that after this experience, I checked other Google reviews and noticed similar complaints from other patients about long waiting times and lack of urgency. That made me realize this might not be an isolated case. An Emergency Room should feel urgent, compassionate, and safe, especially for children who cannot explain their pain. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here."

"Thank you so much to Ms. Rhea at the Information Desk for assisting me and my husband in finding our way to the clinic room. She is incredibly kind and always greets everyone with a warm smile. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her, as you can genuinely feel her sincere care and compassion for patients who truly need assistance. ❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"It was almost a perfect experience from the start of our stay, until just before we left the hospital parking area. Prior to my son’s admission, we were informed in the admitting area that parking was free of charge. Before leaving our room, I even confirmed this information with the nurses, and they stated that parking was indeed free. However, upon exiting the parking lot, we were suddenly advised that a new policy had been implemented and that payment was now required. We were also asked to present a clearance slip, which was not provided to us after we handed over the discharge slip to the security guard before proceeding to the parking area. Everything else about our stay was perfect, we were simply surprised by the unexpected fee, especially given the information provided to us beforehand. This situation caused confusion and inconvenience on our part, as the information initially given to us was inconsistent with the process at the time of discharge."

"Disappointing Experience at the Emergency Room I waited for over 5 hours in the emergency room just to receive a simple pain medication. The hospital has plenty of staff, yet the process felt very inefficient. Most of the nurses were not accommodating and seemed to ignore patients, often pretending to be busy rather than attending to those in need. There was no sense of urgency at all, especially in a place where timely care should matter most. Very disappointing experience — I hope the management addresses this and improves their emergency room service."

"Terrible service. From parking, their basement parking area is so dark and it feels so stuffy. EMERGENCY ROOM is worst, I had to reach out to the ER nurse thrice to check on my blood work, this was 2 hours after they took my blood. 1st and 2nd nurse told me the doctor is writing up my prescription na. 3rd nurse said, the doctor is reviewing my lab results. ER billing is much much terrible, queue number got printed 2:45 PM, and wrote this review at 3:50 PM talked to the cashier na, they said my paper is not on their end yet then directed me to philhealth, I asked philhealth, they said triage is checking on some fees. Seriously, I got here in the hospital triage at 10am, got prescribed paracetamol and pain meds and so far taking 6 hours of my time. Some staff are on their phone, and the cashier people is sharing some kwento and laughing. How is this world-class hospital service for the filipinos?"
