"Overall good hospital as personally have been operated there and the experience was definitely not bad. The low rating is actually about something else yet still related to that hospital: At the entrance of the hospital there’s a lovely black grand piano and a sign on it that says: This piano is accessible to anyone who can actually play the piano. So I sat down and started playing Elton John ballads and suddenly a security guy comes up to me with the demand to stop playing immediately. I felt this was an EXTREMELY disrespectful thing to do to interrupt a piano player that has 30+ years of experience as a piano player. Such a thing should not happen especially when the hospitals’s management has placed that sign on top of the piano! Very disappointing experience!!"

"I had an excellent experience at Assuta Medical Center. I brought my son in for a serious medical procedure, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, attentive, and highly professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made both of us feel supported and cared for throughout the process. "I had major heart surgery at Assuta. They found the problem and within 5 days they had me in surgery and fixed it. The doctors, the nurses and the ancillary staff were all friendly and very professional. I only had one incident in the whole stay that was problematic, so 4 stars not 5."
