"I came to ATOS in Münic, to have plastic surgery made by 2 professional surgeons (they said). The day after my surgery my skin began to turn black because of an infection but still they send me home. I had a severe stafylokok infection and here after 11 months i suffer from severe nerve damage, scar tissue and severe hair loss on both sides. Of course i have contacted ATOS but the surgeons dont care that i have to be medicated for the rest of my life for constant pain. Don't ever go there for surgery."

"I spent seven nights at the ATOS Klinik following surgery in January 2024. Everything was to the very highest standard. The medical staff were extremely competent, attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and the service first class. My stay here has definitely improved my postoperative recovery. Big thumbs up!"

"I went there for MRI which is referred by a doctor. However it was totally disappointed. 1st the building, interior, reception all are super dated. The people at the reception are so unprofessional (eats chewing gums while talking to clients, talks without eye contacts etc and she’s one with full neck tattoos, etc). My husband complains that it’s been 45 mins wait and it’s not professional to ask people to come so early for a long wait. Her replied was, “yes we are unprofessional, so?!” Three of the reception girls were the same attitude. Fortunately, the radiation professionalist, she’s super nice, friendly and very professional to her work. She’s the best of the whole clinic. Other than her, I do not recommend anyone to go visit this clinic. Cost 450€ for one MRI and this people’s behaviour brings many clients anger."
