"I felt very well cared for from beginning to end. Even the registration process was friendly and organized, making me feel comfortable right away. The outpatient surgery itself was also exceptionally well-structured and professional. I would especially like to commend the operating room team: the anesthesia nurses and the anesthesiologist were incredibly empathetic and calm, and they truly put me at ease. A big thank you also to Mr. Höfling – I felt very well cared for, both professionally and personally, and I have the impression that he did a truly outstanding job. Overall, a very positive experience – I can wholeheartedly recommend the clinic/practice."

"Doctors are very competent and professional, but waiting times are atrocious. For an appointment scheduled at 9:30, it took more than 2 hours of waiting for the actual appointment to occur. Recommended, but bring a laptop/table to pass time/work while in waiting room Please find a way to fix the waiting time, either with a display or some numbering system. This time after 2.5 hours of waiting, I had to go home as I had other responsibilities to do."
