The doctor speaks good English, and always tries his best to answer my questions thoroughly. Other doctors I’ve seen who also speak English often try to keep it short, so I appreciate his effort and patience with me. The staff is also very nice and patient, and they always reply to me on Line when I have a question. While other clinics require me to bring an interpreter or pay extra for their interpreter, the Avan staff happily uses ChatGPT to assist with explaining things to me - which works perfectly! They allow me to use my google translate as well so I don’t feel like there is a misunderstanding.
