"This place wants only credit cards, no cash. Will charge for services not done. Charged 7,000 on card. Stay only 12 hours and no tests performed. Wanted to charge more but finally card said fraud. Will take your credit card when you can't use your hands because you have two broken shoulders. Nurses do not check on you and can't speak English. Also want your friends credit cards. The only good thing was got doctors permission to board airplane with 2 broke shoulders and a concussion. Charges was ridiculous and no permission given to use card. Taken advantage of ."

"Sadly I have to give 1 star, even though the people in the hospital took very good care of me and there are good doctors there. However I was charged 47.600 USD for procedures that cost around 1.800 - 5.500 USD in Mexican hospitals. I had a kidney stone that was removed and stayed in the hospital for one day and one night. I can’t even give stars for the good services since they charged me more than 8 times the maximum they should have charged. Please go to another place if you have the possibility. Edit: they didn’t even take the kidney stone out or break it down enough. Back in Germany I had to do all procedures again (CT, anesthesia) to get it removed :( so I don’t even think the doctors are that good there"

"I had an excellent stay after my surgery. The nurses were nice and we were able to communicate well with my basic understanding of Spanish. The breakfast was decent."

"I traveled from Florida to Cancún for a cosmetic procedure and underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. David Estrada Plastic surgeon at this hospital. I had absolutely no complaints of any kind. The hospital is very clean and welcoming, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and the nursing service is excellent. Thank you very much to everyone for your wonderful care and attention. I will definitely return in the future for other procedures."

"I had a liposuction surgery with my beautiful Dr. David Estrada Plastic surgeon at this hospital, and my experience was wonderful. The entire process was very quick and simple. The surgery went smoothly, and I never experienced any significant discomfort. The hospital has modern, clean, and comfortable facilities, and I believe the quality-price ratio is very good. I would especially like to thank all the nurses in the hospitalization área specially Madeline and the postoperative nursing staff for their care, kindness, and professionalism throughout my recovery. Thank you very much for making me feel so well taken care of."
