"Was here for the skin treatment. Was hyping to check out skin treatment in Korea as I heard so much about it. The treatment, services, and almost everything was amazing. The price is reasonable too. One tiny comment from me was that I kinda wanted a consultation with doctor prior to making the decision. They let us talk to a beauty consultant, which their knowledge is not that good. I’m a doctor myself and she cannot answer most of my questions. The skin program was limited to their promotion. If you choose anything beside their promotion, the price could be extremely high. So I would say that the program is not that customisable."

"Good doctors but receptionists are disappointing. Not sure what has happened to the quality of receptionists. They have been super helpful a few years back but the new ones just not good at all. I got my leg injured right after the surgery. So I had to use crutches. I understand that the first floor was under construction but the receptionist didn’t even care to look if the elevator is working on the first floor. They kept insisting that I should use the stairs when I came for taking out stitches. When I got there, there was no way to go up the stairs with crutches (my cast was too heavy). I was thinking of going up using my butt then this construction worker came out and said I should just use the elevator. That’s when we realize that the elevator is actually working. I was furious. Then after the stitches were out, we were about to use to the elevator down to the first floor then 2-3 receptionists came up saying I shouldn’t use the elevator. I just couldn’t believe them. They saw me with crutches and still insisted I used the stairs. Unbelievable. We said the elevator stops at the first floor and we WILL use the elevator. Then when we got on the elevator, this nurse also asked me where we are going so we said the first floor and she goes it doesn’t stop there… I was like it does then I got off on the first floor. Seriously, it’s a surgery hospital and it’s absurd that patients cant use the elevator. The receptionists should know that in case of people with mobility issue has access to the elevator. The doctor/nurses were good but receptionists were horrible. Plus this one receptionist thought she could do a medical consultation in front of 6-7 other receptionists and other patients around. Like there is no privacy whatsoever. Very disappointing."
