The first time I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes, and the second time, 1 hour and 20 minutes, despite arriving early in the morning when there was practically no one in the waiting room. I find this disrespectful to the patient, because if you book an appointment for a specific time, it's reasonable to accept a slight delay of a few minutes, but waiting more than an hour is unacceptable. This type of delay not only generates frustration but also affects the rest of the day, as it interferes with other appointments or previously scheduled commitments. At a medical center of this caliber, one expects better time management and greater consideration for patients."

"Our experience at the Barcelona Spine Institute was simply amazing to say the least. From Day1, we truly felt cared for.
