"This place is a SCAM! I had a free consultation appointment for implant. During the meeting, they were pointing out so many additional things, that i did not heard anywhere else (it is the second time i am about to get implant). I was in shock how expensive it is turning to be and therefore i said to them, i am not interested. One week later, i got a "Cost estimate" and they contacted to my health insurance and told them i am getting implant from them!!!! I called them directly, and they said, sorry it is a mistake, you dont need to pay anything.. And guess what!!! A week later, i got a bill for 70 euros :( (40 euros for discussing the effects of an illness and 30 euros for creating cost plan) they gave my information to the company DZR, which collects money from people for dentists. I was in shock and trying to contact them since weeks. Always i am getting the answer "the person who did this to you is in holiday, we cannot do anything" and i am asking always, "can you please call the company and change the payment until we clarify the mistake" and they are saying "ohh sorry the person is sick right now"... Every time I called, she is either “”sick” or “in holiday” and “”no-one” can help! I will definitely not let this go!!"
