"We got vaccines for India and the first doctor that received us was very helpful and we felt very lucky. However when prescribing some of the medicines they didn't take into account the length of the trip. We only got malaria pills for one week while we were travelling two weeks. Malaria pills have to be taken until one week after returning and nobody accounted for this. We also got one box of antimalarials when we booked the appointment for two person."

"Was surprised to see so many negative reviews! I had a great experience here yesterday. The front desk staff were very kind and my doctor was knowledgeable and told me all my options and provided my vaccines and a plan on the spot for my upcoming trip. Made me feel more prepared and calm! And, all of my costs were reimbursed by TK!"

"Friendly staff and timely service. They could use a better way to give the results instead of asking the patient to check on the portal voluntarily. A simple email or text notification when the result is available could be very useful. The price for a COVID test is on the higher side, €123. But thay do provide a good service."

"Very straightforward to book an online appointment as a foreigner for a COVID-19 vaccination. Desk staff and doctor were friendly."

"I had a very positiv experience. Needed to get prepare for a trip in southeast Asia and booked a consultation via Doctorlib. Everyone was very polite and the doctor took her time to give me a lot of information and answer my questions. All of the vaccines and medication they prescribed me were reimbursed my health insurance (TK) , only the consultation was not (but I find that is ok, it costs 20 euro). They speak English as well. Would definitely recommend 🌟"
