"Dental tourism here. After some investigation I went to 2 dental practices in KL for a check up with the idea of choosing the 'best'. I chose BW Dental and Dr Ying Yin. She didn't upsell me, in fact she did the opposite and made a compelling case that this was the right approach. I liked that she had 'soft', precise hands. Noticeable when she did the anaesthetic injection, didn't feel it. 8 crowns and one filling well executed. Cannot recommend her highly enough. They're a little more expensive than comparable, about 10%. Worth it, no question."

"My wife and I researched dental offices in KLCC and this one had good reviews and was close to our location so we set up appointments online. It was very easy and straightforward. We are VERY happy with the service received. The X-rays were the same as we experienced elsewhere as was the cleaning. This will be our go-to dentist if we are ever back in KLCC. Highly recommend."

"I would love to give 7 stars or 10 stars if I can! I broke one of my tooth about 6 months ago by chewing a piece of roasted pumpkin seed back at home in California. My daughter-in-law from this country recommend me to go to this dental clinic while I was in Kuala Lumpur for a visit. This clinic is clean hygiene and equipments are modern. All staffs were nice calm with professional but friendly attitude to assisted me. Dr. TanYing Yin patiently and thorough to explained to me how is she going to fix my broken tooth in detail. She combined two dental treatment visits in to one because she cared about I had hard time travel to her office because of my Rheumatoid Arthritis conditions. She was professionally and skillfully performed a whole entire root canal procedure on me didn’t cost me pain and stressful. It was quite easy to get an appointment through email. They were very good at communication with me. They were texting me asked me how i felt every time after I visited them. I definitely highly recommend this clinic to everyone."

"The email communications to set up an appointment with a price/procedure enquiry was professional and timely. The facility had a nice waiting room at the Kenanga Tower, with ultra-modern dental and X-ray equipment. At the appointment, I met with Dr Tan Ying Yan, who was honest in her assessment of my teeth and very knowledgeable and skilled. I had an X-ray, scaling and polishing, plus a filling procedure. In comparison to my home country, the cost was significantly less and extremely affordable. Overall a Great service and cost-effective without any compromise on service delivery. Highly recommend."
