"Better than private hospitals , service and staff so kindly I am a foreigner, but they treat me very well"

MUHAMMAD SHAHZAD
· March 1, 2026

"What a bad non-public hospital! It’s classified as a private ( non-public) hospital but the treatment of the hospital can be rated worst than a public hospital. Doctors, nurses and the technicians won’t spend time with you explaining what’s going on with your condition at all. This hospital’s treatment was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. If you don’t have an insurance in Turkey, never go to this hospital and if you happen to have, then try all the other options before you have no other choice. Not recommend this hospital at all."

"A Private Foundation hospital. So expect a bit of crowd as they charge lower. Best to book an appointment online prior to visiting. Professional and helpful staff. Had our son there a few months back. Centrally located at Faith, Istanbul thereby making it accessible especially to foreigners. Downside is the unorganized structural arrangement of different departments. This makes finding rooms/departments hard."

"I waited for 1.5 hours in the emergency hall, and only two doctors were on duty. Additionally, I found out that my private health insurance was of no use in the emergency room."

"I'm a foreigner without a residence permit and my experience here was good. The fee was reasonable, much less than the big private hospital chains. The service was quick and professional, and the administration staff were friendly. The doctor spoke English."
