"Great value & Very Professional. I travelled from Australia to visit this hospital. I had made an appointment for consultation, wisdom teeth removal and a deep clean. When I went in for consultation the staff said my appointment didn’t have the required time allocated. Luckily I had extra days in Bangkok and the procedure was split into 3 separate appointments. The staff were very helpful and polite the whole time. After my wisdom teeth removal I had no swelling or pain. The whole process was great and I would recommend this dental hospital and also if have a tight schedule, you should book the required time by hours."

"Had 2 treatments - cavity treatment and removing old veneers for setting up the new ones. The clinic is very nice, treatment under laughing gas is very comfortable and 4 hours in the chair passed significantly faster than it could be. Every doctor is very friendly, and all docs are true masters of their profession. As for the pricing, I don't understand negative words in other reviews, for me the pricing is very competitive and absolutely incomparable with Dubai, for example. "Had 3 wisdom teeth removed , come on Hoilday from England and needed emergency treatment, they was able to see me the next day and get the procedure done in under 30 mins . Because a nervous patient I choose the laughing gas, they assured me all throughout and was very patient and monitoring how I was feeling throughout. After they found the correct level of gas , I was able to relax . Great customer service and the surgeons spoke English too , prices were great considering the cost and wait compared to England. (£550). I will be getting all my dental work done here in future thanks to everyone at BIDH 💯"

"Truly awful hospital, if you are coming from abroad be very careful. The whatsapp staff are only looking to sell you the services, without even checking with their dentists first. The reception told me I could have extraction based on my X-Ray only without any CT scan, and told me they have confirmed with doctor (when they didn't). They told me I can even fly 24 hours after the surgery, so I booked all my hotel and flight, but when I arrived the dentist said they cannot operate if my flight is in 24 hours! Wasted my money, and they have told me for 3 months they are preparing refund, but it is a lie - again they are just false hopes and trying to sell you. I will be doing the right thing to warn the Dental Authority in Thailand and the tourism board that this hospital is not focusing on patient safety as priority."

"I have been coming to BIDH for a few years now. My initial visit was having all my old and new dental work done that includes root canal, implants, new crowns and also have all my old filling redone. First of all, NO PAIN. I am thrilled with the results and since then, I come back to BIDH for all my check ups and cleaning. I highly recommend this place as the facility is very clean and modern and all the staffs and dentists are amazing!"
