"Excellent care at Billroth Hospital. We are grateful to Dr. Shankar Subramanian Neuro and Dr. Jeya Shankar Oncologist for their expertise, clarity, and compassionate approach. Special thanks to Chemotherapy Nurse Srinidhi for her excellent care and clear explanation of medicines and treatment. The ward nurses and ward boys were supportive and attentive, and the insurance department handled the process smoothly. The only concern is room availability for admission , which is becoming a challenge all the time even after informing a pre-planned treatment with a date prior to the hospital. Improving this would make the experience even better. Overall, Billroth Hospital provides professional and humane care. Highly recommended."

"Admitted my husband on January 9th due to severe vomiting and black stools. Prior to this, on December 31st, he had undergone a heart surgery and angioplasty with stent placement under Dr. Prabhakaran Sir, who is extremely kind, polite, and truly one of the best cardiologists. We are very grateful for his care and support. After admission, the hospital team conducted multiple tests to identify the source of bleeding, as blood was passing during motion. Finally, through a CT Angiogram, they identified bleeding from the small intestine. An embolization procedure was performed by Dr. S. Kiran Kumar (Interventional Radiologist) to stop the bleeding. The procedure was successful, and after that, my father was shifted to the HCCU ward. The care in HCCU was excellent. All the nurses were very well-trained, caring, and polite. A special thanks to Venkat, Vaishnavi, Monica, Farzana, Anjali, Aishwarya, Kalai, and Mani — they are truly some of the best nurses I have ever seen. Swetha dietician was excellent Special mention to Ward Boy Basheer Anna, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout. In summary: Best Cardiologist: Dr. Prabhakaran Sir Best Interventional Radiologist: Dr. S. Kiran Kumar We are deeply thankful to the entire hospital team for their dedication, professionalism, and compassionate care during this difficult time. Highly recommended."

"A good value for the cost of consultation and lab and radiology. Great team of experienced doctors and cardiologists. Be prepared to wait indefinitely past your appointment time. Imposible to get status updates or any comunication regarding wait times, doctor's availability, status of procedures, etc. Had to wait over 2 hours to have the echo report typed. Canteen is 1-star at best in terms of cleanliness (see photos). Definitely not appropriate for a hospital (lack of cleanliness)."

"I was admitted in CCU of Billroth Hospital. Our Drs C. Rajendian and S. Shanmugasundaram and their teams and Drs in Emergency and CCU took spl care for my speed recovery un CCU. I am always grategul to d abv Doctors. After shifting to ward Duty Doctors Nazia, Pragathi and Jannet and B3 Floor Head Sister Mrs Meenkashi and Sisters Nandhini, Jothi, Girija, Ponmani,Keerthana, ManjuVaishnavi and Mahalakshmi were very kind and attended me very patiently and sincerely. .. No words to appreciate their dedicated service during my stay at B3 ward. I felt homely atmosphere there. Housekeeping and every service was excellent. I am always thankful and grateful for d yeoman service rendered by d abv all. Pray God for their continued dedication in d medical field"

"Billroth Hospital is indeed a pioneer in health sciences and providing quality treatment. Every staff was like a family member and we were a bit surprised at this level of patient attendance. Every now and then we were enquired about our well being. Doctors and nurses and support staff are, gems. I have no more words left to praise them. May they continue to serve the public. Neatness of washrooms and waiting areas was awesome. Dr. Iniyan had been a great help. Thank you all."
