"I would like to share a note about my experience at BLK Max Hospital back in November 2025. I was a traveller in transit to New Delhi when I sprained my ankle at the airport. I was taken care of by the hospital staff and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for their help, especially to Mr. Hamdaan. Despite being a foreign patient, I was received very quickly, had a scan done and received clear explanations. I was also able to purchase crutches without which I couldn’t even stand. "We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire urology team at BLK-Max Hospital — senior urologist Dr. H. S. Bhatyal, urologist and surgeon Dr. Ankur Arya, urologist Dr. Siddhant Kumar, and resident doctor Dr. Madhur Shroff — for their high professionalism, attentive care, and for successfully performing two complex surgeries. Before the surgeries, very thorough examinations were carried out, and the doctors explained everything in detail and always answered all of our questions. The urology team is truly one of the best. We would especially like to thank Dr. Madhur Shroff, who carefully monitored the patient’s condition in the ICU after surgery, always checked on the patient’s well-being, and performed wound dressings very carefully and with excellent sterility. Special thanks also to the translators Karuna and Piyush. They met us at the airport, always accompanied us from the hotel to the hospital and back, helped us with everything, and carefully translated all information into Russian. We are grateful to the nurses, ward assistants, housekeeping staff, and the entire hospital team for their care, help, and cleanliness in the patient rooms. The hospital food was also tasty, but for international patients it would be better to prepare meals with minimal spices or without spices at all. We would also like to mention that the restrooms in the international lounge were not always clean enough, and in our opinion, more attention should be given to this. The only thing we did not like was that men, women, and children could sometimes stay together in the same room. In a urology department, it is very important for patients to stay in gender-separated rooms. We appreciate that the staff helped resolve this issue when we requested it. "Don have words for how the patient is treated. No hard feelings towards the Doctor, but I have been sitting as a patient in lobby while I am barely able to walk. Its past 1 hour they couldnt get a room ready. Hell of insects in the room. I do not recommend atall."

They closely monitored my condition and explained the treatment clearly, which gave me great confidence and comfort.
