"Wow. I admit. I was nervous. I interviewed via email 12 different places to get my thing done. I wanted a lift but to keep my size. They were the most honest and most detailed with answers and didnt dodge answering my questions. Which is why I picked them. I paid under 6k for lift with breast reduction and 275cc implants to make up for tissue removal. And omg my results so far are good and my recovery has been really really good. The staff were amazing and my dr Manuel and the dr who helped (forgot his name, a young gentleman) have been super lovely and sweet. They understand im physically active and have been able to be honest when I can workout. They dealt with my annoying 100s of questions without an issue. And they made sure I didnt leave without feeling at ease. Will Come again."

"Dr. mariano covarrubias I loved everything about his process with his team and hospital❤️ being that I didn’t bring a companion they were the sweetest, I never felt alone, they checked on me every 1- 2 hours I mean literally, I felt like the cleaning people lived there (it was so clean) and I seen DR. C 3 times .. before surgery , In the OR and after surgery .. best hospital staff, and doctor I’ve visited and considering I didn’t speak Spanish that was not a problem , They all tried they’re best with speaking English and I understood everything ❤️ thanks again !!!"

"As other reviews have stated, the nursing care is definitely subpar. There is no attention to detail. Critical thinking is lacking. General overall problem solving skills are not there. The medicine team that I received care from was phenomenal. But the nursing care (5th floor specifically) was lack luster and just not good. I very much questioned the level of competence of many of the nurses. Security was rude and dismissive to my family member. I had to ask (multiple times) for a bloody sheet to be changed-it didn’t get changed until I walked and grabbed a sheet myself and changed it. Had to ask multiple times for pillows and bed linens for my family member. It’s not a busy unit, as I could see every single staff member on their phones when I was out doing my walking. I will be back to Tijuana for medical care, but not back to this facility. If you are having a procedure here-please go to another surgery center."

"I have stayed at this hospital when I got my eyebrow hair transplant, and the nurses, staff, and cleanliness of the hospital are unmatched. I felt safe and had my own private room. They wheeled me to the surgery room, and I had a very pleasant experience here. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who wants to get surgery—bring your doctor here if you don’t like where they normally work. This hospital is well equipped and will truly make a difference in your plastic surgery experience."

"I being in this hospital accompanied a close relative and I really want to recommend the hospital. This hospital have a wonderful staff from doctors to nurses, cleaning staff, parking services security , restaurant services. I want to shout out to the Dr. Alejandro Stephens a neurologist surgeon that make a surgical procedure in the spine of my relative and all that we expected was achieved. Also I want to shout out the Dr. Nancy who was a wonderful profesional, ethical and empathy person and provide all the needs that my relative was looking. Thank you again to this wonderful place"

"This hospital was beautiful! I stayed there for a week and I was comfortable and well taken care of. I’d also like to say it was very very clean and modern. The food was beyond my expectations. Did I say delicious? the staff is friendly, compassionate and attentive. One doctor she was so kind she made me earrings. If you have any hesitation please know your in excellent hands. Personally want to thank the entire staff for making my stay feel like VIP. God bless all of them."
