"We visited BNH Hospital because our younger child had severe abdominal pain. On the first day, we came for an outpatient visit and were given medication, but the vomiting did not stop. We returned the next day and proceeded with hospital admission. Our child received anti-nausea medication and IV fluids due to significant electrolyte imbalance, and recovered very well. Thankfully there was no fever, and after staying one night, the condition improved noticeably by the next day. There was no unnecessary treatment, and all the nurses were extremely kind and professional. I was especially touched by the care provided by the Ward 5A team — they took such attentive and compassionate care of our child. Yes, the cost is high, but the level of medical service clearly justifies it. If you have international health insurance, I honestly see no reason not to choose this hospital."

"I’ve gone to this hospital for years now. And though it is obviously more expensive than some other places, The care that you receive here is top-notch. I’ve had two surgeries here and have gone for numerous other check ups and they always treat you super kind. Dr. Yongson is the best and I want to give some love to nurse Am Orn. She was very sweet and kind so I told her I’d do this for her. Great staff and great care, if you’ve got the insurance to pay."

Whenever we called for help, the nurses responded promptly and professionally. Their compassion and dedication gave us great peace of mind during our stay. We are truly grateful to the entire W5A team."

"One of the best hospitals in Bangkok. The doctors and nurses are very warm, kind, and helpful. I was there for DNC and they treat me like a family. Even the room is clean and spotless and of course a very quick service by the staff."

"Very good and fast service in good English. We went in with throat infection. At first they wanted to prescribe antibiotics without taking the blood test but then we asked for the testing and they made it fast and professional and confirmed there is infection so we need to start meds. Building is very clean and luxurious even. They gave me additional throat spray and answered all my questions. They help you put together all the documents and invoices for the insurance. I was in and out with 1.5 hour. And the bill was like 4500 so not too expensive at all. I can totally recommend!"
