"The Urgent Care “Pronto Socorro” is excellent. I was born in this hospital many summers ago and I have been leaving in US for 20 years. I was visiting “Sampa” after many years away, Sampa is how we Paulistas call our home city, and I got a bad Sinusites and Allergy and I had to visit the ER Emergency Room. I was seen by a doctor and medicated within 60 minutes upon arrival, pretty nice staff and good facilities. Highly recommend the ER if you have an health emergency during your stay in São Paulo. I hope this review helps someone. Be safe and healthy."

"Go somewhere else, this disgraceful hospital will waste your time and money. Triage is quick, but that is a lie to get you inside. There are more administration workers than doctors here. We arrived 17:00 and just left at 00:15. Triage was quick, but the moment you enter to do exams, the long wait begins. They spent almost seven and a half hours to do simple urine and influenza tests, and then lost my wife's documents. We asked the only two doctors on duty if they had them, and neither knew where it was. One was rude and offered no solution, but at least the other went out of her way to reprint the documents and review the tests. You will find better service at a pharmacy."

"Horrible service from start to finish. We made an appointment for a pregnancy checkup and an ultrasound due to heart issues my fiance was feeling.. The hospital reception scheduled us with a Gynecologist who doesnt handle pregnancies and cannot do ultrasounds. As our visit was for serious matter, they made an effort to get us to see a doctor in the right department, but we would have to wait 3 hours. We came back at the time and waited another hour. When we got to see the doctor she was mad that we didnt make an appointment with her. The hospital receptionist is the one that booked us with the wrong department. We just asked for a pregnancy specialist. The specialist was rude and didnt anwser some questions. The hospital made us pay for both visits and gave us poor service. I suggest finding a more competent hospital to visit."
