"I have updated my rating. The hospital staff took note of my feedback, and proactively resolved everything. Thank you. ------------------------------------------ Their administration and management team needs to improve their board line / reception system. It is very unorganised. I have tried calling atleast 8 times in the past 3 hours for a simple MRI appointment. Radiology department no one picks up or they pick up and hang the phone. The board operator keeps saying "I will transfer you", but again no one in Radiology responds. I ask the operator can I speak to a Senior, he does not even listen to me, and again transfers my call into another wild goose chase. For a hospital that charges premium prices and claims to be of a high standard, these basics need to be improved."

"I am from Chhattisgarh and suddenly developed severe imbalance to the extent that I was unable to stand properly. On the advice of our family neuro physician, we immediately consulted Dr. Arvind Kulkarni, a highly reputed neurosurgeon known to us through successful surgeries of our acquaintances. "This review is first for the hospital and then for Dr Partha Sarathi. Hospital - very clean, very good staff, very good doctors and support system, great processes. Car parking is a challenge, valet can get expensive for long hours and multiple days. Cafeteria ia great. Nursing staff and ward boys are extremely friendly and cooperative. Dr. Partha Sarathi A few months back he successfully completed CABG for my father. While there are many surgeons who perform this, one thing that stands out with Dr. Partha is that he is very human. In my experience of speaking to at least 6 surgeons before finalising to go ahead with Dr Partha, he was the most polite surgeon who looked at patients as curious humans, spent lot of time pre surgery to explain what will be done, answered all queries, did 24x7 telephone counselling and also was the one himself and not his team, to attend to my father after the surgery. I am writing this 4 months aftr the surgery and touch wood, my family is very happy and relaxed because of him All surgeons do surgery, how many treat patients as humans is the question"
