"I recently had all-on-6 implant surgery performed by Dr. Jacky (Dr. Manapat Thaveeprungsiporn). He did an excellent job. Surgery went smoothly with no pain or discomfort. The doctor and the supporting staff (dental assistants, x-ray technicians, front desk, and patient services) exhibited a high-level of professionalism. The clinic also provided a driver who picked me up and dropped me off after each visit. I don't usually write reviews, but this was an exceptionally good dental experience. "I’m quite disappointed with my initial experience contacting this clinic. I reached out via LINE to book an appointment but did not receive any response. I then called twice—my first call was not answered and there was no callback. On the second attempt, the call was answered, but the communication felt rushed and not very welcoming. I fully understand that staff may be busy, however, when I politely asked if they could respond via LINE instead, she said “OK wait a Moment” and never responded the LINE message. Given the strong recommendations and positive reviews about the dentists, I expected a more professional and organized front-desk experience. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this was not a good start. I hope the clinic can improve their communication and customer service, as it plays a big role in building trust with new patients."

The implants are wonderfully healed. My provisional was already fantastic and sat like 1A, but where I got my right teeth, I was speechless. Excellent, fantastic!
