"If this is a private hospital, better off going to a public one. Overcrowded waiting rooms, disinterested staff, and questionable cleanliness."

"Cost for a sprained ankle = $93 USD I couldn't find this information anywhere so I thought I'd post it. The place and treatment were ok. Staff was nice and doctor spoke English. A bit of a hassle that you come to the main gate and they tell you to walk around the building with your sprained ankle, then you're told to go back to the main entrance to pay, and then back around the side for treatment. After all is said and done, you get a prescription for a cast/boot/crutches to take to a pharmacy but those aren't provided. So you don't really feel like you walk out fixed. I mean I knew I would need those going in, just didn't know for how long, and why would I need a prescription for that?"

"I was here one year ago for an orthopaedic consult. It was 25000ARS/16 eur. Just went now for a dermatology consult. The advertised price was 87000ARS / 50 eur. But, when I got there, because I’m a foreigner they tried to charge me 300000ARS / 180eur. That’s roughly a 12 times increase in one year. Absolutely scandalous. Money isn’t the issue. The discrimination is. I’ll be reporting this hospital to the authorities. You’ve broken consumer law and are ethically bankrupt."

"I am a tourist from the United States. This was a very good hospital. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They even have an office to help tourists. I went in because I had pain in my upper right abdomen. I booked an appointment using WhatsApp. The appointment was for 2 days later (it wasn’t an emergency). Checking in was very easy. In large part because the staff was incredibly helpful (I don’t speak Spanish well). My doctor was Laurencon. She was very helpful and had a good “bedside manner” as we say in the States. She assured me I was going to be okay, but ordered some blood tests for me. Over all, a good experience and I would certainly recommend this hospital."
