"I had an excellent experience having my eyes done at this clinic. Agnes & Veronika were attentive, professional and explained everything in detail prior to my arrival. The surgeon made me very comfortable, explaining each stage in detail. It was over very quickly, and although a scary surgery, this clinic made it effortless. Everything was done in English. My eyesight is great, I had no after affects, no tearing or pain. I am so pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone else considering getting lenses."

"The doctors, the staff were all extremely nice, always polite, positive, reassuring and all around I always felt like I had their attention. Naturally the prices were a bit steep but that is to be expected of private practices and I feel like I got what I paid for alright. The clinic was clean, the atmosphere was nice. Unfortunately, even though I always had an appointment I always had to wait 10-30 minutes to be inspected/treated. The place is always stuffed full of people. Disclaimer: public reviews are rewarded by the business by bottles."

"After doing much research, I decided to come from the USA to get RLE. Agnes was just amazing with communication throughout the whole process. The price was one fifth of the price here in my hometown. The results are amazing!!. They used Eyehance lenses using a mini monovision technique. I can now see perfectly from near to far with 20/20 vision. I will never need my glasses again. Highly recommended to all!!"

"Today I had an eligibility consultation with an appointment at 8am. Overall, it was “ok” but I would not directly recommend this place to my friends or family. Here is the full experience: We arrived 7:45am to make sure there is no delay and to respect the doctors time. Upon arrival the doors were closed even tough staff was present inside (looking at us trough the door window). Inside there is A LOT of seating but the staff didn’t let us in/ open the door until 8am sharp so we had to stand around early morning and wait. When the lady finally let us in there was no smile but just a monoton “morning”. This was very unprofessional and not a good impression/ start of client/ clinic relationship. Is it too much to ask to at least get a seat? PS: business idea = if you have many clients at before/ around 8am already, put a coffee vending machine there ;) Then after filling out a long paper form just like in most outdated clinics (why not do the administration/ paperwork electronically and beforehand?! It’s 2026 almost) we sat down and waited 15min before the relevant staff showed up and called our number. Note this is not a 1:1 appointment with your name and fixed time. Many people will come there at the same time and you just wait for your turn. So it doesn’t feel really like personal consultation/ treatment like from normal doctors appointment but it feels like mass processing 100%. I respect their success and it’s a sign of many customers but don’t expect a high level of care or service here! Then the guy who made the initial eye tests spoke almost perfect English and was pleasant with tips for the future. He already hinted that based on the results I will not be eligible and will be turned down. This was a shock as I’ve been cleared for this treatment years ago by other clinics + it’s my body and my decision but I understand they only want to find easy customers without risk of them coming back about the 5 year warranty. And in my case there was a slight chance of hidden diopters coming out in the future (eventough my eyesight hasn’t changed in 6 years!). This is understandable though, it’s a business and they care about the bottom line. So even-tough it is disappointing, it is their right to refuse and I understand the reasoning. I can easily get treatment at other clinics if I really wanted and at least I got a health/ eye exam with up-to-date measurements out of it. This review is not about that but the whole experience overall. After first consultation, you get eye drops for dilution of your eyes. After which we had to wait 30min while other much higher numbers (people came after us) already went for their second consultation (the one with the doctor). So it was clear that they take clients first that are eligible or more likely to take the service. Then finally the doctor was also nice but unfortunately her English was broken and there was no value in this second discussion apart from getting confirmation that they don’t want to treat me. Lastly, once I got home and a few hours passed I could see clearly again. I could read the report they made. Eventough I dated very clearly and can proof my eyesight has not changed/ deteriorated in the last 5-6 years. They stated twice that it didn’t change in the last 1 year and then in another paragraph they mention in 2 years. So contradictory and wrong information. Since this report is uploaded to the Hungarian health system I assume they wanted to protect themselves in case I claim I was eligible nor something. It’s irrelevant l. But again lack of professionalism! So if you go here, my recommendation is: - arrive at 8am (not before and not after) - take headphones to pass the time while waiting - take water or a coffee - bring a friend or family as after the drops you won’t be able to see properly so you can read documents or make accurate payments. - check the report before you leave with your friend"

"I had only positive experience in this clinic. As non Hungarian speaking person, i was treated really good. Especially after-surgery care. They were respectful, responsive and gave me really fast responses about my questions and confusions online. So far i am very happy with service and results."
