"Extremely outdated practice with incompetent doctors charging absurd prices. Unfortunately, I took the reviews here with a grain of salt because I assumed there are bias towards them due to upset customers etc. After experiencing our first treatment here, I can honestly say this place should be closed or completely gutted with new management. There are plenty of other internationally recognizable dental HOSPITALS, not clinics, outside of Bumrungrad (ie. BIDC, BIDH to name a few). They will be much better and will charge equal or less with much higher quality service with dentists who are up to date with the latest technology and guidelines. Doctors at the Bumrungrad Dental Center were not keeping up with the latest recommendations from the FDA or EU ie. They were not aware that Amalgam fillings are banned in the EU since 2018 or not allowed for pregnant mothers and kids per FDA in the US since 2020. Our doctor pressured us into getting Amalgam because it’s much easier to perform and costs only 20% less, which translates into more profit for Bumrungrad. The place is run down and people working here are worn out. Management are no where to be found. All potential patients be fairly warned."

"If it was possible to leave 0 stars, I would. I came for a cleaning and to find out why one tooth was causing me pain when eating. The dentist said nothing was wrong with my teeth and that there shouldn’t be any pain. I was charged 4,400 including 1900 of “extra charges”. When I asked the dentist and the cashier what the extra charges were for, they said it was because I told them I hadn’t been to a dentist in a year. In the end I received no diagnosis or treatment for the tooth pain and the cleaning was very low quality and felt no different in my mouth than a good tooth brushing."

"Staff at reception and cashier very rude and Grammy! No explanation whatsoever on the overcharge a. All thought maybe a cleaning will be 1500฿ you end up to pay double or little more then double as per all the hidden fees.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Same doctors mostly working at Bangkok Hospital Go- There for probably the same price but with World Class service!"

"Very expensive however I had a very good experience with knowledgeable and calm staff for cleaning and a double wisdom tooth extraction. In and out in 3 hours after a very last min booking (same morning)"

"Extremely poor handling by staff. They don’t care of patients time. People pay premium price to get services there but if you have enough free time then go there else you might regret later. Keep min half day. Doctors are great but don’t know why the staff can’t manage time. We spend 10-15 min time with doctors but other staff will kill your 2-3 hrs till you make payment etc."
