"I went to the ER last night due to severe stomach pain. The staff escorted me immediately to a bed. Within a few minutes I had a drip in and blood was sent off. The staff was very friendly, efficient and professional. This is the third time I had to go to their emergency room in 2 years, and everything I went I was not disappointed, but pleasantly surprised. I would like to use this opportunity to thank the nurses and Dr and radiology department that was on duty last night 12/11/2025. I personally will never go to a different ER. "I was disappointed when j went to emergency services. I went in with severe pain and went home with the same pain. I feel they did not take care of me. They took all the tests but there was no warmth. I had to go home with pain patches. I was booked off for 2 days sick but my pain was still so much I could barely move. I just had to stay another day at home. I feel I was not treated well enough for somebody who is in so much pain."

Dr Schnaar s been amazing and very patient The only minor issue I noticed is that at times the nurses can get a bit excited when meeting each other, which occasionally results in higher noise level and the arguments as well between the staff on the passages Overall, this is the best hospital I have visited so far, and I would highly recommend it."

"I have been admitted to the hospital a few times and compared to my experience at other private hospitals I find Busamed to be more superior. The nursing staff are very caring, attentive and do their jobs with a smile, always. The food is amazing and of good quality. The doctors are specialists who pays attention to their patients and willing to listen to my concerns that arise. It's a distance from where I stay but I know I'm I am going to get the best care here so I don't mind. I highly recommend Busamed."
