From pick up at the airpor; pick ups and returns to clinic for procedures; friendly reception staff (this time I had Janeth who extra helped keep me calm when I had some upsetting Cancun city complications); the friendly and skilled dentists and their assistants; the clean rooms; the impressive dental equipment (some more modern/new than I have seen in the USA);... even the friendly and polite drivers taking you where you need to go. All in all, from pick up to drop off at Cancun Airport, CDS is an excellent experience. And affordable."

"I used to be absolutely terrified of the dentist. A nightmare experience with dental tourism in Turkey left me with panic attacks and dental work I needed to redo. I was so scared, but I knew I had to find a new place that would understand. Thankfully I found Cancun Dental Specialists from searching online in places where I had friends/family outside of the US that were more affordable. From my very first detailed call, they just seemed to get me. They listened to my fears and assured me they could help and that all would be well. After calling a few places, I chose CDS. My first visit was for dental surgery, and I was so petrified I had a full-blown panic attack. But the team went above and beyond to make me feel safe. · They had a beautiful ocean view to distract me in the chair. · They gave me a warm, cozy blanket. · They played peaceful music to help me relax. · When my jaw started locking up, they gave me gentle jaw massages right there in the chair. They didn't just treat my teeth; they helped me view dentistry in a whole new light. I’ve been back multiple times since, and they feel like a second family now. They’re incredibly organized, professional, and communicate so openly. You can truly feel that everyone cares about your outcome and works together like a well-oiled machine. "I traveled to Cancun from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and my overall experience with Cancun Dental Specialists was absolutely amazing. From the very first person who picked me up at the airport, to the front desk staff when I walked into the clinic, to the xray tech, to the guy that takes your photos to the assistant and dentist, I have nothing but great things to say about everyone. I had a full mouth restoration with crowns, and although it was a long 6 days, every single day was worth it. My dentist, Dr. Grisel Perez, and her assistant, Erick, were incredible from start to finish. Dr. Perez took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly, explained each step as she worked, and answered all of my questions with patience and care. "I had a WONDERFUL experience at this location. Dr. Nestor Gomez is a perfectionist, along with his assistant Samara. I had every single one of my teeth worked on for about 1/4 the cost it would have cost me in the US. Crowns, veneers, and even an implant. And the results are OUTSTANDING! Not to mention the girls at the front desk (Michelle, Viola, and Bidi) as well as the manager, Carlos, made the communication seamless the entire time and were a fun bunch to work with. Great team that made me feel comfortable the entire time. Gave me rides to and from the clinic the whole time. And I assure you, I was not pressured to give this review… That was something I was concerned about coming in, but my concerns were quickly relieved."
