"The equipment, medical staff, and compassionate care were truly outstanding. My mother was treated like royalty, and I'm not exaggerating. The costs were reasonable."

"I want to write this in English also Paola Jiménez was terrible. I hope that I never have to see her again. Not only did she try to make me doubt the prognosis that my doctor's in the USA had given me, as I only needed her to do a simple check after my hysterectomy, she proceeded to ask me" Did your doctor explain to you why you have cancer. It is because you are obese.". How can you say that? It shows zero empathy, and we only just met 10 minutes ago. Cancer strikes even the skinniest healthiest people. And I am just a normal person. Then the examination. 9 months ago, I had a hysterectomy, and my cervix removed. Things are tender down there. Well the specula was jammed into my Virgina and let me tell you it was painful, then it started to slide out and she jammed it back in. It was painful. The. She rubbed some type of black liquid which burner my Virgina...for 3 days I found it hard to sit. And I had cramps. Then at the end she said it looked fine and next time it would be a simple exam, nothing to sorry about. I left shaking and cried the whole way home. I will never go back to her. And I hope I never have to go back to that hospital. Worst OBGYN experience ever, and I have been to hundreds of OBGYN visits in the last few years with my cancer diagnosis. Terrible. Horrible. Regrese a casa llorando."

"Hello I had an endometrial biopsy with Dr Franco a month ago it was very painful but it’s normally you don’t Have to feel any pain. I still suffer of pain and I got an infection from the bacteria and germs and my husband got infected of inflammation from me. Dr. Franco was totally unprofessional and commercial. They have told me a price on the phone and when I got there and had the exams they have charged Me double the price."
