"With the benefit of hindsight, Cape Dentures seems to follow a cookie cutter approach - one set of dentures fits all. And when it doesn't, rudely inappropriate, unprofessional and defensive behavior from senior dentist. Shoddy workmanship and terrible all-round service were blatantly obvious as we moved on to another practice where competence and professionalism still count for something. Best avoid the bad experience in the first place. Updated Nov 2024: Thanks for the reply below albeit very very late. No confusion or misunderstanding on my side re the experience behind my review. It relates to your services days before I posted the review in 2023, and I double down on my assessment of your competence - or rather lack thereof. "Look, the offer they make is in the name... Dentures... don't go there if you need crowns or dentistry. I made that mistake. I lost a crown and after 3 months was told that I had an abscess and they needed to remove my teeth and give me dentures or a bridge. I freaked out and left for a second opinion. Today, I have the most amazing teeth, those I have always needed (not cosmetic, functional, I am a 54 year old man) because of a genuinely amazing dentist, not a hack trying to extract my teeth and sell me dentures. Be very careful here."
