"Terrible rude nurses. Stay away if you know what is good for you! Made my 85 year old mother wait for hours and treated her very bad. Terrible, terrible place."

"I had my second eye operated on yesterday... cataract surgery with toric lenses fitted. I'm absolutely amazed how all the staff are so efficient while being amazingly friendly and helpful. When you're about to enter theatre and are welcomed with such friendly, smiling faces, it just removes all fears which you may have had. These are truely remarkable people who work here. The hospital itself is also next level. ❤️"

"Between hubby and myself we have visited the Cape Eye Hospital 5 times in the past 8 months. On 1 occasion the network was down but the staff took the need to manually record (with pen on paper files!) all the required info in their stride. At each visit we (as patients and/or spouse of a patient) were treated kindly and respectfully by everyone who served us from the reception, through pre-procedure, the actual procedure and the care thereafter where we were treated to a welcome cuppa and a sandwich. Not once did we encounter any grumpy staff. The reception area and cloakroom are spotless, as were all the other facilities. Well done to all!"
