"Terrible. You have to beg to get post-operative procedures like scab removal, and there are no follow-up appointments for a year. Not to mention, the procedure isn't performed by the supposed number one doctor, but by another doctor at a different clinic where it costs half as much. So don't waste your money and don't risk being left with an unfinished job."

I was never offered a virtual consultation or a formal quote on my case even after I asked for one. maybe the clinic is good medically and works mainly off referrals. For me I decided to go with one of its competitors because their competitor took their time to educate me about their clinic, their pre/post operation support and what I can expect during my procedure during my consult."

"They dont perform the hair procedures themselves, it's outsourced to other doctors from more humble and realistic costs. If you want a 100% markup go to this place. I found out the costs of my procedure were 50% cheaper. You pay them just for the name."
