"Not sure about all of the other reviews, my experience with Care Laser has been great. The eye test appointment took a while, but it's free and the doctors were lovely so not sure why all the complaining. The sales lady I sat with after was great and explained the whole process to me, gave me a packet with all of the information I need for the lasek. I found them to be professional (for Israel's standards) and reliable."

"Terrible service, rude and wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t receive what I paid for and was always told different things"

"Update: After my complaint, I was finally able to schedule my appointment, and I was taken care of at the clinic. I appreciate the resolution Old review: 2 🌟 I am extremely disappointed with the disrespectful treatment I have received despite paying a significant amount for your services. As a non-Hebrew speaker, scheduling appointments is always stressful. The receptionists barely speak English, and when they do, they are rude and impatient. Yesterday, my appointment in Tel Aviv branch was moved from 18:00 to 17:00, and while I was on my way—just 25 minutes before the visit—Inbal from the Petah Tikva branch called to cancel it. As a customer, I am required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing my money. Yet, my appointment was canceled last-minute without any consideration. I don’t understand why someone from another branch was handling my appointment. There was no apology—just a blunt statement that I was being moved to Sunday, without even asking if I was available. When I requested 10 minutes to check my schedule, she never called back. I then had a Hebrew-speaking friend call back, and Ilanit answered. She rudely insisted that I had an appointment on Sunday at 18:00, even though I never agreed to it. When I asked for clarification, she made dismissive remarks like, “What does she want? What’s her problem?” The next available appointment is in half a month, and I had already waited a month for this one. When we contacted the Tel Aviv branch, the receptionist had no record of my Sunday appointment and couldn’t even tell me when I could be scheduled. When asked when I would get an update, she simply replied, “Once I know.” I am a paying customer, yet I was treated like an inconvenience. While the technicians providing treatments are wonderful, the receptionists handling appointments are unprofessional and rude. This experience makes me want to cancel all future sessions. I expect a response and a resolution to this issue."

"I stopped going to care laser before finishing all my sessions from how unsatisfied I was with the service I was receiving. I can’t talk for all care laser but in Tel Aviv I walked into a place that felt dirty, cheap and for me each time was unpleasant. The workers were rude and unprofessional and the treatment wasn’t working. I felt uncomfortable there and wouldn’t recommend them at all based on my experience. Hope this helps the next person and saves them the money I won’t get back 😩"

"4 days ago i did Femto lasik eye surgery in Rishon branch, staff was very nice, operation went smoothly and first results are as it should be.About final results i can write in few days . Now i just wanted to thank Rima( receptionist from Tel aviv branch) who was amazing in helping and planning my surgery from A till Z and so kind to answer all my questions in Russian and even inquiring about my well being after surgery. I have never met her but she was very attentive and helpful through whatsapp. By phone it was not possible for me to reach anyone from Care laser cause i dont speak Hebrew and thanks to receptionist Rima i was able to plan my surgery on time ( surgery was the main reason for me to travel to Israel from Europe) and with docter i wanted : Mark Vysokovsky about whom I had great , very positive personal reviews from my friends and family .Rima, thank you very much again.
